We're all up in that mutual aid business

LITTLE FREE CORNER STORE

Each week we take the orders from our food box friends and deliver their chosen groceries free of charge. Why not just make all the boxes the same and have people pick them up? Well, we believe that no matter someone's life circumstances they should have as much choice over their food as you have. We're committed to destroying the barriers that prevent people from getting to food banks (like no car, expired registration or insurance, no gas money, expired ID).

HARM

REDUCTION

Because no one is disposable, each month, we go out to Kelly Ingram park to educate people (both those who use drugs and those who do not) about harm reduction. We pass out wound care kits, condoms, literature and other items to help keep people healthy and informed

LITTLE FREE CLOSET

This one's simple. Twice a month we create a free clothes store on our lawn. A new set of duds that doesn't contribute to fast fashion? Getting a suit for that interview? Getting something that makes you feel fly as hell? Heck yes.

 SOLIDARITY
 NOT CHARITY

In a capitalist system that encourages fear and greed, acting and thinking as if we all deserve the things we want and need no matter how much money is in our pockets is a revolutionary act. We give and take freely without judgement, without fear of scarcity, with trust that people know what is right for themselves

‚Äč

A better world is possible... one in which friends, neighbors, strangers and communities support each other in the absence of institutional help that leaves far too many of us vulnerable.

JOIN THE CAUSE

BECOME A HELPER

Each week we need drivers, box packers, organizers, box unpackers, and about a jillion other tasks

KEEP UP CUZ WE'RE ALWAYS UP TO
SOMETHING NEW

BECOME A PATRON

We're not a non-profit, we don't receive funding from anyone. For us that means that many expenses come out of our own pockets. We need help with operating costs (like paper, box tape, markers, etc...) and with items for our programs (toilet paper, bandaids, gas cards, etc...)

BECOME A
$5 Food COMRADE

Direct action. This small act creates big impacts. Commit a portion of your grocery budget each week to buying a quantity of one item of food.
